1. Our Purpose and Services

Accountablicity provides Personal, Family, and Business tools for defining Dreams, setting Goals, scheduling Actions, and building accountability. Family features include chores, rewards, consequences, a Wishlist Balance, and, where offered, parent-child IOUs. Business features include Responsibilities, Goals, Actions, and manager oversight. Results are not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Account owners must be at least 18 or the legal age of majority. Parents or guardians may establish child logins subject to applicable parental consent requirements. Business administrators must be authorized by their organizations. Users must provide accurate information and protect their login credentials.

3. Dreams, Goals, and Actions

Users are responsible for selecting appropriate and lawful objectives. Recorded completion, missed Actions, and progress reports generally reflect user-entered information and are not independently verified.

4. Accountability Partners and Sharing

Private by default. Shared by choice. Personal users may invite Accountability Partners and control supported sharing permissions. Family and Business accounts may have supervisory visibility. Users may not use the Service to harass, intimidate, or improperly monitor others.

5. Family Accounts and Children's Privacy

Parents and guardians supervise children’s participation, chores, rewards, and consequences. Children may have their own logins. Where applicable, the Company will provide parental notices and obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information directly from children under 13. 6. Chores, Rewards, and Consequences

Parents determine chore requirements, earnings, and consequences. Displayed amounts are records for family accountability, not funds held by Accountablicity. Parents resolve disagreements and make actual payments.

7. Weekly Earnings and Wishlist Balance

Chore earnings may accumulate during the week. After the week ends, a child may split that week’s recorded earnings between their Wishlist Balance, repaying an IOU, and cash from a parent, or decide later. A parent confirms any part that goes toward an IOU. A Wishlist Balance is not a bank account. Accountablicity does not hold, insure, invest, or transfer family money.

8. Parent-Child IOUs

Parents and children may propose IOUs to record purchases and agreed repayments; both must agree, and a parent confirms each purchase and repayment. These are arrangements among family members only. Accountablicity is not a lender, creditor, debt collector, or party to the arrangement and does not guarantee repayment.

9. Business Accounts

Organizations control their own responsibilities, goals, actions, permissions, and workplace policies. Managers may assign Responsibilities and propose Goals and Actions, and employees may be asked to acknowledge or accept them. Acknowledging or accepting work in the app does not create an employment contract. Organizations remain responsible for employment, contractor classification, wages, and applicable law.

10. Free Trials and Subscriptions

Accountablicity may offer a 30-day trial of Personal, Family, and Business functionality without requiring a credit card. A trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription absent separate authorization. Paid plans, renewal frequency, price, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed at checkout. Cancellation prevents future renewals subject to disclosed terms and applicable law. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also governed by those platforms’ billing and cancellation policies.

11. SMS Terms & Conditions

Accountablicity is operated by Quality Brand Company, Inc., the registered SMS messaging brand. By expressly opting in, you consent to recurring account-related SMS messages from Quality Brand Company, Inc. for the Accountablicity service, including Action reminders, chore notifications, and accountability updates.

• Reply STOP to opt out; you may receive one confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@chromedesigns.com.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing. We may use service providers to deliver requested messages. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy describes collection, use, storage, sharing, retention, and deletion of personal information. Children’s data is also addressed in our Children’s Privacy Notice. Users should review account permissions and sharing settings.

13. Notifications and Reminders

Email, SMS, and in-app notifications may depend on settings, providers, and network availability. We cannot guarantee delivery at a particular time. Users remain responsible for their deadlines.

14. Artificial Intelligence Features

Where offered, optional AI guidance may be incomplete or inaccurate and does not replace professional legal, financial, medical, educational, or employment advice. Users must review suggestions before acting.

15. User Content and Ownership

Users retain ownership of original content they submit, subject to others’ rights. They grant Quality Brand Company, Inc. a limited license to process, host, display, and transmit content as needed to operate the Service.

16. Acceptable Use

Users must not access accounts without permission, harass others, misuse children’s information, submit unlawful material, interfere with systems, or violate others’ rights.

17. Intellectual Property

Accountablicity branding, software, and original platform materials belong to Quality Brand Company, Inc. or licensors. Users receive a limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

18. Third-Party Services

The Service may use third parties for hosting, SMS, billing, analytics, and operations. Separate third-party terms may apply.

19. Service Availability and Changes

The Service may experience interruptions, maintenance, and changes. Material changes affecting paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

20. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee personal achievements, child behavior, financial outcomes, or business performance. Nonwaivable legal rights remain unaffected.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quality Brand Company, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Mandatory legal protections remain applicable.

22. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be restricted for material violations, unlawful conduct, or legitimate security concerns, subject to applicable law. Users may discontinue use or delete their account at any time; billing and data retention are governed by the applicable terms and policies.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

Montana law governs except where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply. Users are encouraged to contact support to resolve disputes informally.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will revise the Last Updated date. We will provide material-change notices and obtain consent when legally required.
