By creating an account or using Accountablicity (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Accountablicity helps you define Dreams, Goals, Commitments, and daily Actions, check in on your progress, and share that progress with accountability partners you choose. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, disrupting its operation, or using it to send unsolicited or unlawful content to accountability partners or other people.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service (such as goals, notes, and check-ins). You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf — for example, emailing your check-in reports to the partners you invite.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, plans, and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those platforms’ billing and cancellation policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result in your life or goals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accountablicity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
